David is a partner in the residential property team. He acts for top level elite athletes, including a number of premier league footballers and sports personalities working in the media, as well as football agents and other specialists in the sports industry. David’s clients span several different sports but with a particular focus on football.
With extensive experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing including freeholds, leaseholds, private estates, and new builds, David routinely advises on multi-million-pound transactions. He recognises the need for discretion and has also been involved in ensuring that all relevant parties to the transaction have entered into suitable NDA’s.
Examples of where David has supported his clients include acting on the purchase of a multi-million pound property where speed was a top priority and advising on the purchase of a luxury bespoke new build property which necessitated numerous site visits throughout the build phase.
Whilst David can advise on anything property related, he also has links and connections with a broad range of experts, including private banks, accountants and wealth advisors acting primarily in the sports and media arenas.
