As a partner in our residential property team, Gethin assists in the sale and purchase of property when his clients are relocating, as well as in the purchase of investment properties.
He supports a range of individuals within the sports sector, including athletes, with particular emphasis on professional football players, along with several other sports professionals and managers. His focus is on high levels of service, communication and speed; when a client needs to complete a transaction quickly, he will do everything he can to achieve that.
Examples of where Gethin has supported clients include, acting for a Premier League Manager in the sale of his home and subsequent purchase of his new home, often meeting at locations to suit him, such as the club’s training ground.
Outside of work, Gethin is a football coach and an avid football fan and season ticket holder.
