Sam specialises in construction and engineering law and has a wide experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. From preparing and negotiating professional team appointments and building contracts, providing support whilst the works are ongoing, and advising clients in situations where a dispute has arisen.
Sam is well versed across a range of sectors, being able to provide support and knowledge for construction projects at the stadium, and supplemental works such as hotels, exhibits, and retail. He also provides transactional support, drafting and advising on development funding agreements and similar, and providing construction due diligence.
