Daniel Baker

Daniel is the co-founder and co-head of the firm’s sports law practice group. Daniel is recommended and ranked as a “Leading Associate” in sports law in the 2025 edition of the Legal 500.

Daniel is experienced in handling all types of sports-based disputes and litigation, including those involving major sporting governing bodies and in respect of disciplinary proceedings. He has represented elite-level coaches, athletes and high-profile clubs and organisations in the sports sector.

Daniel regularly offers ad-hoc advisory assistance to sports sector clients in respect of all matters relating to dispute resolution / avoidance and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
