Richard Bush is a partner in the Sports Group at international law firm Bird & Bird LLP. He advises on a range of regulatory and contentious sports-related issues, including challenges to regulatory decisions, rules and regulations, disciplinary matters, child protection/safeguarding, and commercial dispute resolution. He represents clients, and has acted as advocate, before a range of national and international dispute resolution forums, including CAS, anti-doping tribunals, anti-corruption tribunals, and various other institutional arbitrations in sport. He has also sat on disciplinary panels appointed by The FA and the Esports Integrity Commission.
