Will is a commercial barrister with an established, specialist sports practice focusing on the commercial, disciplinary, and regulatory aspects of sports disputes.

He is frequently instructed to act for major sports governing bodies (national and international) in a variety of high-profile cases – notably World Rugby, MCC, MSUK (all 4 wheeled motorsport in the UK) and ACU (all 2 wheeled motorsport in the UK). He also acts as procedural/legal adviser from time to time for national and Olympic selection panels.

Will is appointed as an arbitrator to the Sport Resolutions UK Development Member Panel.
