The Role:

We are looking for a paralegal to support the Club’s Legal, Risk & Compliance Department by performing a variety of legal and administrative tasks that require knowledge of the law, including legal documents, practices and procedures. You will work with a range of colleagues and external stakeholders on contracts, disputes, brand protection, employment and regulatory matters.

The role will be a 12-month fixed term contract, which subject to performance, may lead to a highly sought after Training Contract.

About You

We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual with demonstrable commercial acumen, a strong academic background and solid training from a reputable law firm or recognised in-house legal department. What you will do

You will support the Team in the following areas:

  • Reviewing and drafting contractual documents with third parties, including prospective partners and suppliers, in collaboration with the Club’s commercial team.
  • Assisting on the development of the Club’s contractual storage system by maintaining the contract repository, updating metadata and diarising key dates for renewal, termination, etc.
  • Supporting in the management of the Club’s trademark registrations and taking action against any unauthorised use of the Club’s intellectual property.
  • Reviewing and updating the Club’s bank of precedent contracts and documents.
  • Conducting legal and regulatory research on a range of issues and advising on the impact (if any) of such laws and regulations on the Club.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal processes such as due diligence, Contract Request Forms and the Legal Matters Tracker.
  • Assisting on the production of monthly Board Report.
  • Assisting with Data Subject Access Requests.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • Legal Practice Course or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working as a paralegal, legal assistant / secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Commercial awareness.

The Role:

We’re currently recruiting a Legal Counsel within our Legal, Risk & Compliance Team to help us take things to the next level.

We are looking to hire a lawyer with a passion and interest in working at a unique and ambitious football club. This role provides the opportunity to work alongside the club’s Director of Legal, Managing Counsel, two Legal Counsels and Associate Legal Counsel in a dynamic and experienced team.

The successful candidate must have trained at a leading law firm or in-house legal team, have excellent academic credentials and at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience (with excellent experience of football regulatory matters) and must be based in London.

The successful candidate will be required to work on projects and transactions across the football and commercial business areas, whilst also supporting more junior members of the team.

About You

Essential Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years PQE (with as much of that time possible spent on football regulatory work).

What you will do

  • Assisting the football operations of Tottenham Hotspur (across men’s and women’s teams and the academy), including concluding new and extended professional playing contracts; securing and exploiting image rights of team players and football coaching staff; documenting the transfer of registrations of professional playing staff; and assisting the Academy department with the acquisition of new young players.
  • Providing advice to all areas of the business on regulatory matters (including, but not limited to, football regulations).
  • Negotiating contractual documents with third parties, including prospective partners and suppliers, in collaboration with the Club’s commercial team.
  • Advising all departments on key points of contractual negotiation and managing the timeline for all contractual processes (e.g., identifying, tracking, and actioning key contractual milestones such as renewals, deadlines, etc.).
  • Advising on intellectual property matters.
  • Continually looking for ways to develop and improve the service provision of the Legal department.
  • In particular, you will be providing legal advice and guidance across a range of activities including:
  • Partnerships: drafting, advising on and negotiating international sponsorship deals for both the men’s and women’s teams
  • Retail: supporting the growth of our international retail offering. This will include drafting licensing and merchandise agreements and playing a key role in the Club’s IP and brand protection strategy
  • Supplier Agreements; supply of goods and services across a broad range of matters for all departments across the business
  • Ticketing and Hospitality: advising the Ticketing and Hospitality team on various legal aspects including sales agreements, terms and conditions of sale and catering contracts
  • Digital Media: providing legal support to the Club’s Marketing and Digital Media departments, assisting with the legal side of the Club’s media channels including its websites (both national and international), the Club’s Content team and the broadcast of the digital licensing arrangements within the parameters of the Premier League regulatory framework
  • Pre-season Tours and Friendlies: drafting and negotiating the Club’s match and tour agreements including sponsorship, broadcast, stadium hire and travel elements
  • Stadium related documents: drafting and negotiating venue hire agreements relating to non-football events (including music concerts, rugby matches, boxing matches, NFL matches and other large events), visitor attractions (including F1 Drive London and the Dare Skywalk), filming location agreements, stewarding, security and licences
  • Technology Agreements: advising our technology team on a broad range of IT/technology agreements including software licences, platform implementation and digital product build and implementation agreements
  • Club Policy Statements: drafting, reviewing, and updating where necessary Club Policy documents for publication both internally and externally

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to our CEO.

In this exciting role, you'll be a trusted right hand to the CEO, offering critical support to the CEO and managing all aspects of their day-to-day activities. You will work with significant autonomy and visibility across the entire organisation, and will be entrusted to oversee diary management, travel plans, and the coordination of all types of communication with the CEO. You'll actively organise meetings, prepare the CEO for them, and keep abreast of all activities and projects across the organisation to prioritise effectively and support relevant initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day

Provide Seamless Communications Management

  • Organise and monitor the CEO's email inbox, flagging priorities and managing follow-ups
  • Draft and respond to routine emails on behalf of the CEO (you'll develop this responsibility over time as you learn their voice and preferences)
  • Proof and format correspondence, reports, and presentations to a professional standard

Lead on Diary Management

  • Take full ownership of the CEO's calendar, balancing short-term demands with longer-term strategic priorities
  • Proactively schedule meetings with appropriate buffer time for preparation and travel
  • Learn to distinguish between urgent requests and genuine priorities, protecting the CEO's time for high-value work

Prepare & Coordinate Impactful Meetings

  • Ensure all meetings have clear agendas and collate relevant materials in advance
  • Confirm meetings 24 hours ahead with key information for all attendees
  • Attend meetings when required to take notes and circulate action items promptly
  • Build in adequate preparation time for the CEO to review materials
  • Manage logistics for external guests when needed

Coordinate Business Travel Arrangements

  • Book and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and dining
  • Prepare detailed itineraries with all necessary documentation

Support Operational Coordination

  • Act as a coordination point between team members, ensuring smooth communication on key projects
  • Track critical deadlines and deliverables in Notion and HubSpot
  • Provide administrative support for events, including speaker liaison and logistics coordination
  • Communicate with external partners, service providers, and stakeholders as needed

Demonstrate a Project Management Mindset

  • Stay informed about major organisational priorities to help the CEO allocate their time effectively
  • Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain organised systems across shared drives and tools (Google Drive, Notion, etc.)
  • Provide ad hoc research or project support when bandwidth allows

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

  • 3+ years as an EA or PA, ideally in a professional services environment (law, consultancy, finance, publishing, or similar)
  • Exceptional written English with meticulous attention to grammar, spelling, and tone
  • Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines without dropping balls
  • Comfortable drafting correspondence on behalf of senior leaders and adapting to their communication style
  • Experience with core productivity tools (Google Workspace essential; Notion, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools desirable)
  • Self-motivated and resourceful. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and finding solutions without constant direction
  • Complete discretion when handling confidential information

Data Protection Manager - The Football Association

The Football Association [The FA] is the not-for-profit governing body of football in England. It is responsible for promoting and developing every level of the game, from grassroots through to the professional game, and generates significant revenue to support investment into English football each year.

The FA oversees England international teams across men’s, women’s, youth and disability football, as well as running the National League System and FA Competitions including the Emirates FA Cup, and the Adobe Women’s FA Cup, and the world-class facilities of Wembley Stadium and St. George’s Park, all with a purpose to inspire positive change through football.

The FA is looking for a proactive and collaborative Data Protection Manager, to utilise their subject matter expertise to provide data protection support to the FA Group on all data protection issues.

What will you be doing?

Privacy Program & Strategy

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of The FA's privacy program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements (e.g., UK GDPR, DPA18, PECR)

Policy & Procedure Development

  • Draft, update, and enforce privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines across The FA.
  • Ensure all business and data management processes reflect privacy requirements and comply with laws and regulations.

Compliance Monitoring & Risk Management

  • Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and gap analyses to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee incident response for privacy breaches, including investigation, documentation, and reporting.

Data Subject Rights & Operations

  • Manage data subject requests (including DSARs), ensuring timely and compliant responses.
  • Maintain records of processing activities (ROPAs) and data maps.
  • Oversee and manage The FA's data protection inbox, ensuring efficient triage, coordination, and resolution of data protection enquiries, incidents, and requests in line with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

Training & Awareness

  • Plan and deliver privacy training programs and awareness campaigns for staff.
  • Foster a culture of privacy by design and default throughout the organization.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor changes in privacy laws and best practices, updating internal processes accordingly.
  • Lead initiatives to improve privacy maturity and operational efficiency.
  • Execute additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.

What are we looking for?

Essential for the role:

  • Excellent knowledge of data protection and privacy law, particularly the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and PECR.
  • Strong understanding of data subject rights and the ability to manage requests (e.g. DSARs, erasure, restriction).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data protection principles to real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data protection issues clearly to non-specialist audiences.

  • Experience supporting or responding to personal data breaches
  • Relevant certification or training in data protection or information governance (e.g., BCS Data Protection Practitioner, CIPP/E, or equivalent).

The role

The Paralegal role provides support to the in-house legal team and the wider ITF business, primarily in relation to sports regulation and disciplinary issues, data protection, governance, dispute resolution, and some commercial matters. This includes providing secretariat support to the ITF’s Internal Adjudication Panel.

A law degree and at least 2 years’ experience in private practice or with an in-house legal team is essential for the role. Candidates must also have a right to work in the UK, both now and in the future.

The successful candidate will be expected to work 35 hours per week between normal office hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday (with core hours of 10.00-16.00).
