Alex is a Senior Manager in the Sports Business Group, primarily focused on Governance and Regulations in sport. This includes the development and implementation of regulations across the industry and to develop organisations with appropriate oversight, integrity and transparency to respond to challenges and achieve objectives, as well as performing governance and operational reviews for sports organisations to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and strategic alignment.
