Alex is a Managing Associate in the Digital Commerce & Creative team at Lewis Silkin.

He has broad experience advising clients on everything from advertising & marketing, to franchising, creative services, IT, e-commerce, intellectual property and consumer law.

Alex is a member of the firm’s gambling team and has particular expertise in advising on prize draws and prize competitions, as well as promotional marketing and advertising clearance more generally.

He is also CIPP/E certified and regularly advises clients on data protection matters as well as the data aspects of broader corporate and commercial deals.
