Charlotte Moss

Charlotte is an Associate in the Global Investigations team at Addleshaw Goddard. Charlotte joined the team in September 2020 after completing her training contract at Addleshaw Goddard. Charlotte has a range of experience, including in commercial dispute resolution.

Charlotte's recent experience includes: acting for a FTSE 100 company in relation to an HMRC investigation into alleged money laundering, misrepresentations and tax evasion, involving foreign jurisdictions; assisting with an internal investigation in relation to incorrect banking practices; acting for an investment management company in a dispute with a major litigation funder surrounding alleged breaches of a Litigation Funding Agreement; acting for an individual at the Court of Appeal stage in claims arising from alleged breaches of oral contracts.
