Dr Tinusch Jalilvand is Attorney at Law and Senior Associate at the sports law firm Martens Lawyers.  He has deep expertise in ESG Law and Human Rights Law in Sports as well as in Data Protection Law, in particular in sports. He advises various sports leagues, clubs and federations on both topics. 

He is giving lectures on “ESG Law” (including Human Rights Law) for (future) sustainability managers in and outside sports. The lectures are inter alia  incorporated in the education program “Sustainability in Sports Organisations” at the Leuphana University, which is supported by the German Football League (DFL).
