Edward specialises in providing litigation and transactional intellectual property advice covering the full range of intellectual property, including trade marks, passing off, patents, copyright, registered and unregistered designs and breach of confidence.  Edward has advised numerous clients in the sports field on a range of intellectual property matters, from combating counterfeit products to negotiating endorsement agreements.
