Emily advises on corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, investments and corporate structuring. She also provides advice on general company law matters and in relation to corporate governance.

Emily works closely with Tom for a variety of National Governing Bodies, sports organisations and clubs both in relation to corporate transactions and corporate governance. Recent experience includes advising numerous National Governing Bodies on the requirements of the Code for Sports Governance.
