Emily is an employment and industrial lawyer, practising in Maurice Blackburn’s Melbourne office. Emily acts for and advises clients in a variety of employment matters including employment contracts, adverse action, unfair dismissal, redundancy, disciplinary investigations and workplace bullying.

She has successfully represented clients before the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Courts, and has also assisted numerous clients achieve positive settlement outcomes without the need to litigate.

Emily is a members of the Law Institute of Victoria, Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association and the Consumers’ Federation of Australia member.
