Francisco is an American attorney who specializes in International Sports Law. He currently works at Coccia De Angelis Pardo & Associati, where he represents professional athletes, coaches and clubs before the FIBA Basketball Arbitral Tribunal and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. He has also worked as an immigration attorney assisting athletes and entertainers.

Francisco received a B.A. in International Studies and French from Saint Louis University and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, both with honors. He went on to complete an LL.M. in International Sports Law from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Madrid, Spain.
