Hugo is an Associate in Walker Morris' Employment team. He has significant experience in M&A transactions, on both buyside and sell side. Hugo also has experience in the sports sector, with drafting contracts for managers and senior executives of football clubs, as well as representing employers in the Employment Tribunal and providing day-to-day employment advice.

Hugo’s typical clients are businesses that operate on both an international and national scale, such as private equity houses as well as employers from a range of different sectors such as home-building, construction and sports.

Hugo’s working style is diligent, whilst maintaining a commercial outlook. He always puts his client’s needs first and aims to find commercial solutions to all his client’s queries.
