James is a Managing Associate in Linklaters’ Environment and Climate Change practice and is part of the firm’s global cross-practice ESG team. With experience advising clients in relation to risk management, crisis response and corporate governance issues, James’ advice has particularly focussed on the review of existing, and implementation of new, compliance frameworks. He also has experience dealing with the full spectrum of ESG matters, including human rights, supply chain management, the environment, health and safety, and governance. James has acted for a range of clients across the globe, including corporates, financial institutions and funds in a range of contexts. This includes as part of corporate transactions (both pre and post-acquisition) and regulatory compliance, strategic and other advisory and governance review mandates.
