Bachelor of Law Degree from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) Law School in 1998, specialization in sports management from Getulio Vargas Foundation – São Paulo (FGV/SP), was a professor of sports legislation at FGV/SP, São Marcos University and Superior School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM). Was chief aide with the Secretariat of Metropolitan Transport of the State of São Paulo. Participated in drafting several laws involving sporting activities, such as Law 10,671/03 and Law 10,672/03. Was vice-president for communication and marketing of São Paulo Futebol Clube.

Has co-authored the books Futebol Mercado and Estado e Sociedade Anônima do Futebol.
