Katie is an an associate in Bird & Bird's international Corporate Group in London. She advises on a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, venture capital, private equity and general corporate advisory.

Katie works with a variety of clients at different stages of the corporate life cycle and in a number of sectors, with a particular focus on media, entertainment and sport. Many of the transactions she advises on are cross-border and involve collaborating with specialists across the firm's international network.

She joined Bird & Bird as a trainee in 2023 and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2025. During her training, Katie was seconded to a sports regulatory body, which gave her invaluable insight into the operational, commercial and regulatory challenges faced by her clients.

Alongside her core work, Katie is an editor of and regular contributor to MediaWrites, Bird & Bird's industry news hub covering all things media, entertainment, and sport.
