Loren is a lawyer in Hall & Wilcox’s Corporate and Commercial team. She has worked as a paralegal and legal assistant at a number of organisations while completing my Bachelor of Law at Monash University in Melbourne. Her experience includes drafting corporate documents including shareholder agreements, commercial leases, contracts of sale and letters of demand.
