Mark is a Senior Associate at Potter Clarkson. He is an experienced intellectual property solicitor, with expertise across the full range of intellectual property rights.

He has acted for clients in complex trade mark, copyright, patent, design, passing off and breach of confidence disputes, at all stages from pre-action to trial, with experience in settling large, multi-party disputes on terms favourable to his clients.

Mark also has significant experience in advising clients on brand strategy and protection, and in licensing, with particular expertise in trade marks and copyright.

Having worked on IP licensing arrangements for a number of sporting governing bodies, this is a key area of focus for Mark, along with technology, media and the creative industries. 

Prior to his career in law, Mark worked in digital marketing and project management for a successful publishing startup.
