Patrick’s matters often involve overlapping contractual, tortious, and regulatory issues, with recent representations including the defence of a major high street bank in LIBOR-related misrepresentation claims and the pursuit of fiduciary duty and fraud allegations against a global private equity firm. He has also acted in high-stakes international arbitrations, including a $400 million Bermuda Form insurance coverage dispute, and in asset recovery matters involving non-performing loans and customs breaches.
