Pedro Henrique Mendonça
Pedro is a Partner at CSMV Advogados and sports lawyer based in São Paulo, Brazil. He has over 15 years of specialised practice advising sports governing bodies, clubs, athletes and agents across a broad range of sports.
His practice centres on dispute resolution, regulatory affairs, governance, compliance and contractual matters, with particular depth in Olympic law - developed through longstanding advisory work for the Brazilian Olympic Committee and several national sports federations - and in proceedings before the CAS/TAS, international federation tribunals (including the FIFA Football Tribunal) and the CBF's National Dispute Resolution Chamber (CNRD).
Pedro Holds a Master's degree in Transnational Law and an LL.M in International Business Law, complemented by post-graduate degrees in Sports Law and Corporate Law. He is a member of both the Brazilian and Portuguese Bar Associations and sits as Arbitrator on the Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem (CBMA) Sports Arbitration list. He is a member of the LawInSport Editorial Board and a regular speaker at sports law conferences.
