Steven is a commercial litigation partner at Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP with 20 years’ experience in advising domestic and international clients on commercial disputes in the High Court, before arbitration tribunals and the Copyright Tribunal.

Steven advises on contractual and tortious disputes and civil fraud matters across a wide range of sectors including Technology, Media & Communications and Hotels & Leisure.

Notably, Steven led the team advising Mr Ildar Khazhaev, a Russian national in relation to four sets of Commercial Court proceedings brought against him by JSC BTA Bank (incorporated in the Republic of Kazakhstan and majority owned by the government), Mr Khazhaev's former employer.
