Max Sherrard

Max Sherrard is an Associate at Quastels LLP, specialising in commercial, civil, and sports disputes. With Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) as a Solicitor Advocate, he is able to appear in higher courts, a capability that enhances the responsiveness and agility of his practice.

Max works on a diverse array of high-stakes litigation and arbitration before CAS,  FIFA, the FA, as well as in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Competition Appeals Tribunal. Max also regularly advises on contentious regulatory matters advising athletes, coaches, governing bodies and key stakeholders on sports regulatory matters.

Max joined Quastels in 2025 having qualified at a Magic Circle law firm. Max brings a disciplined and polished approach to sports disputes and investigations.
