Danielle is a specialist in criminal litigation and extradition, having gained prominent recognition in the legal directories in both of these areas since the very early stages of her career.

In her highly successful criminal defence practice, Danielle acts for individuals throughout a police investigation to trial and beyond. She represents clients across the full spectrum of criminal offences, but has particular expertise in acting for those accused of domestic abuse, violent and sexual offences and possession/distribution of indecent images. Danielle is frequently sought after to act for high profile and high net worth individuals with reputational concerns, as well as vulnerable clients with complex mental health issues and/or neurodivergence.

In addition to her criminal work, Danielle regularly defends individuals at first instance and on appeal who are subject to extradition requests from countries across the world. She has associated expertise in the removal of INTERPOL Red and Diffusion Notices on the basis of political persecution or breaches of fundamental human rights.
