Hannah Levy

Hannah works on all aspects of sports commercial property matters, including land acquisition projects to support clubs' expansion plans and development of new facilities. She regularly advises football and other clubs on letting of office space at stadia and other sites, including advising on sports-specific requirements of those leases.

Hannah advises clubs on reorganisation schemes, involving analysis of the existing property portfolios and any third-party consents required to charge. She has regularly advised on the property aspects of corporate acquisitions, whether on the buy or sell side.
