Hollie is a Managing Associate who is an experienced advisor in all elements of employment law. She offers strategic pre-dismissal guidance in complex workplace situations, working closely with employers on disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, family-friendly rights, sickness absence, discrimination, contracts, settlement agreements, restructuring, redundancy, and TUPE. With extensive experience in employment tribunal claims, Hollie also conducts her own advocacy at hearings and judicial mediations.

Hollie provides bespoke training on employment matters regularly presenting at a number of HR forums and delivering regular client training.

Hollie has advised a range of clients in the sports sector including football clubs, cricket clubs, charities and educational establishments. Hollie also sits as a Chair on the Football Association's National Serious Case Panel adjudicating on serious misconduct in grass roots football, a role Hollie has held since 2018.

Hollie's recent sports experience includes:

  • Advising a county Cricket Club on the integration of their foundation and board including a TUPE transfer and restructure.
  • Reviewing employment policies for a football club.
  • Assisting with exits via settlement agreements.
  • Advising on a complex sickness absence situation.
  • Advising on short service dismissals.
  • Advising on Working Time Regulation implications in the context of travelling for matches.

Hollie has a strong focus on providing a high level of service to clients, having come from a background of working in the hospitality industry for a number of years.
