Employed since 1994, and Equity Partner  since 2006, of  Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati (www.pirolapennutozei.it)  a leading Italian legal/tax  firm, legacy member-firm of PwC, with 500+ professionals, Luca has over 30 years of experience taxation of individuals, in particular high net worth individuals, family wealth management, succession planning.

Present principal responsibilities include personal and corporate tax/legal   consultancy, tax treaties, stock options plans, tax planning for expatriates, private pension schemes, foreign financial intermediaries, Italian and international social security issues (European and bilateral Agreements), employment law, private clients, HNWIs.

He is periodically a lecturer at courses on international tax law, wealth planning, stock options and social security in Italy and abroad.

He is member of the board of statutory board of auditors of several companies in Italy, including listed companies, banks and subsidiaries of multinational companies. Member of Italian CPAs bar, STEP and ChFC qualified.
