Martin Balfour
Associate
Martin is an Associate in the Corporate Finance team and a member of the sports law team.
Martin has, and continues to advise, a wide range of sports client, including football clubs, governing bodies, golf clubs, athletes, agents and other sporting organisations.
Specialising in investments and M&A, he recently acted for a number of UK football clubs on external investments, including on the first multi-club ownership deal in Scotland.
Martin also advises clients on constitutional, corporate governance and general corporate matters, purchase/sales, agent representation agreements and general contractual matters.
