Neil Barlow specialises in cross-border M&A, with a particular focus on private equity transactions. Neil co-leads our US private equity group and is dual qualified in the United States and the United Kingdom and regularly advises both US and European based financial investors on their investments.
His recent work includes advising Sixth Street on their purchase of a percentage of the La Liga broadcast revenues generated by FC Barcelona. Neil also recently advised on the formation and launch of the Soccer Champions tour in the United States.
