Nick is a Partner in Walker Morris' Dispute Resolution Team. Nick specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration. He is also known for his experience resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, expert determination and mediation.
Nick advises on a wide variety of matters, including high value and complex contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, and employment/restrictive covenant claims.
A large part of Nick’s work involves reacting swiftly to issues in order to minimise the risk and exposure to his clients. This often involves taking urgent action and obtaining interim relief.
