Sam Willmott
Senior Associate
Sam is a senior associate in the firm’s corporate department and works on a variety of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, and shareholder arrangements. Although he works across the whole music and entertainment industry, Sam has a particular interest in the area of sports law, advising on the commercial and legal arrangements associated with major sporting events including in the world of boxing and Formula 1. Sam is working to help build, with the firm, a practice in the field of motorsport, a field in which he has a long-standing interest.
