Tom is a dispute resolution partner practicing general commercial litigation and specialising in competition litigation and public law. Tom co-founded and co-leads Linklaters’ Sports Sector practice and has advised on matters in the sporting industry for many years, including the Formula 1 “Spygate” matter and the British Olympic Association’s defence of its selection policy in respect of drugs cheats.
He is ranked in leading legal directories such as Chambers UK, Chambers Europe, Chambers Global and The Legal 500. He has won industry awards from the Lawyer and Legal Business and was twice included in The Lawyer “Hot 100”.
