Sanctions: Smirnov Valentin (Athletics)
The National Center for Sports Arbitration rendered a decision against athlete Smirnov Valentin (athletics) for violation under cl. 2.1 «Presence of a prohibited substance or its metabolites or markers in an Athlete’s sample» of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, approved by Order No. 947 of the Ministry of Sport of Russian Federation dated August 09, 2016.
The National Center for Sports Arbitration upheld the decision of the RAA RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee No. 114/2022 dated July 20, 2022 that made the Athlete ineligible for a period of 4 years starting from the date of the provisional suspension, namely from August 14, 2019.
