The 2026 UEFA Business Case for Women's Football - Key Insights & Takeaways
Last weekend, our COO & Head of Women’s Sport Gabriella Lowe, was invited to attend UEFA’s Business Case for Women’s Football event in Oslo ahead of the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final.
The event brought together club executives, governing bodies, broadcasters, investors, players and commercial leaders to discuss the future growth of women’s club football across Europe and beyond.
The main theme throughout the day was that women’s football is no longer having to justify whether there is demand, the challenge now is how the industry builds sustainable structures, professionalises operations, converts attention into long-term fan habits, and ensures investment reaches the right areas of the ecosystem.
