U.S. track & field athlete, Carnes, receives sanction for doping violation
Colorado Springs, Colo. (April 18, 2014) - USADA announced today that U.S. track & field athlete, Andrew Carnes, of Northfield, Ohio, has accepted a two-year period of ineligibility for a non-analytical anti-doping rule violation based on his purchase, possession and use of synthetic erythropoietin (EPO).
