A suspension against Dzemaili
The disciplinary judge for game operations in the Swiss Football League (SFL) sanctioned FC Zurich midfielder Blerim Dzemaili with a one-game ban. The judge assessed Dzemaili's statements in the break interview of the game between FC St.Gallen 1879 and FC Zurich on April 2, 2023 at blue Sport as insulting and abusive towards the referees. The player can appeal against the decision in writing within two days to the President of the Disciplinary Committee, who acts as a single judge.
