£290 fine - A breach of Rule (D)30 of the Rules of Racing in that notification of the wind surgery undergone by FISHER GREEN (IRE) had not been notified to the Racing Calendar Office until after declarations prior to the horse running at Hexham on 20 June 2021.
The BHA were notified on 19 June 2021 that wind surgery had been added to the record of FISHER GREEN (IRE) after the horse had been declared to run at Hexham on 20 June 2021 – the closing date of declarations for Hexham being 10.00a.m. on 18 June 2021. The date on which FISHER GREEN (IRE) was reported to have undergone wind surgery was 4 June 2021
