Benoît Keane joins LawInSport Editorial Board
LawinSport is pleased to announce that Benoît Keane is joining its Editorial Board. Benoît specialises in the application of EU & Competition law to the sports sector. He regularly represents sports organisations before the European Commission and EU Courts. Indeed, he has acted in many of the leading European sports law cases including the Karen Murphy case, the UK Listed Events case and the FC Charleroi (player release rule) case. Benoît is a UK-qualified Solicitor and practised from 2003 to 2011 at international law firms in Brussels. In 2012, Benoît set up his own legal practice Keane Legal (www.keanelegal.com).
