Kieran is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Knights. He has experience across a wide range of disputes, advising clients on contractual, insurance, IP, defamation and regulatory matters. He has worked with a broad range of clients within the sports and entertainment sector including athletes, agents, clubs, governing bodies and rights holders. He has worked on cases in the High Court and arbitral proceedings including at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Recent examples of where Kieran has supported clients include:

• Supporting a Championship footballer on contractual and insurance matters arising from a career-ending illness;
• Working with a digital marketing agency on an insurance coverage dispute arising from an experiential marketing event;
• Acting for a commercial sports agent on a contractual dispute with a former client relating to unpaid commission; and
• Assisting a Premiership rugby player with submissions to England Rugby following a disciplinary issue.
