1433/19 Smith, Neff v/ Crelan Okapi Aalstar
The American Player, Kendall Smith, and his Agent, William Neff, filed a claim against the Belgian Club, Crelan Okapi Aalstar, for outstanding salaries, reimbursement of expenses, agent fees and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.
