1458/19 Zabas, Druktenis v/ Njardik Basketball Club
The Lithuanian Player/Coach, Evaldas Zabas, and his Agent, Tomas Druktenis, filed a claim against the Icelandic Club, Njardik Basketball Club, for outstanding salaries, agent fees and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.
