1463/19 Miljkovic, Ibekwe, Garcia v/ Kayseri Basketbol Spor Kulubu Dernegi
The Serbian Player Maja Miljkovic, the American-Nigerian Player Ifunanya Debbie Ibekwe and Ms. Ibekwe’s Agent Lluis Tunez Garcia filed a claim against the Turkish Club Kayseri Basketbol Spor Kulubu Dernegi for outstanding salaries, agent fees, penalties, tax certificates and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.
