1516/20 (Gajic, Garcia v/ Hatay Büyüksehir Belediyesi Spor Kulübü)
The Bosnian Player, Marica Gajic, and her Agent, Lluis Túnez García, filed a claim against the Turkish Club, Hatay Büyüksehir Belediyesi Spor Kulübü for outstanding salaries, flight reimbursement, tax certificates, agent fees, penalties and interest.
The Claimants submitted that the Respondent failed to honour the Contracts by failing to pay salaries over multiple seasons and agent fees. The Respondent did not participate in the proceedings. The claim was upheld.
