1546/20 (Kavvadas, Starvision Enterprise Ltd. v/ AEK NEA KAE 2014)
The Greek Player, Vasileios Kavvadas, and her Agency, Starvision Enterprise Ltd., filed a claim against the Greek Club, AEK NEA KAE 2014, for outstanding salaries, tax payments, agent fees and interest.
The Claimants submitted that the Respondent failed to honour the Contracts by failing to pay salaries over multiple seasons and agent fees. The Respondent did not participate in the proceedings. The claim was upheld.
