15 January 2015 - The following is a Joint Statement issued by Nicklas Backstrom, the World Anti-doping Agency (WADA), the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF):
The appeal proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) arising out of Nicklas Backstrom's participation in the Sochi Olympic Games concluded today.
