Hearing in the case of IOC & WCF v/ Aleksandr Krushelnitckii cancelled

In the matter International Olympic Committee (IOC) and World Curling Federation (WCF) v/ Aleksandr Krushelnitckii (mixed curling; OAR), all parties have requested the Anti-doping Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS ADD) to cancel the hearing today. As a consequence, no hearing will take place and the CAS ADD will render a decision this afternoon on basis of the parties’ written submissions.
The CAS decision, as well as a media release summarizing the decision, will be published later today.
