Paris Saint-Germain appeal at the CAS

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has registered an appeal filed by the French club Paris Saint-Germain Football SASP (PSG) against a decision rendered by the European Football Association (UEFA) in September 2018.
At the parties’ request, the procedure will be conducted on a confidential basis with the exception of the final Award which will be published.
In these circumstances, CAS is unable to provide any further information regarding the matter.

Le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS) a enregistré un appel déposé par le club français Paris Saint-Germain Football SASP (PSG) contre une décision rendue par l’Union des Associations Européennes de Football (UEFA) en septembre 2018.
A la demande des parties impliquées dans cet arbitrage, la procédure sera confidentielle, à l’exception de la sentence finale qui sera publiée.
Dans ces circonstances, le TAS n’est pas en mesure de donner d’autres informations concernant cette affaire.
