The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (Switzerland) set aside the RAA RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee's decision No.125/2021 dated May 27, 2021, to acknowledge athlete Ogarkov Denis (athletics) as having not violated the anti-doping rules, and sanctioned the Athlete with a 4-year period of ineligibility for violation under cl. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, which were approved by the order of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation dated June 18, 2015 No. 638, starting on July 13, 2023, with credit of the served period of provisional suspension, namely between May 21, 2020, and May 27, 2021.
